Kelta HR is seeking a full-time HR Administrator for our client, a legal firm based in Gatwick, with a headcount of 280.
The newly created role of HR Administrator reports to the HR Manager and is part of a HR team of 8. The purpose of the role is to provide administration and support to the HR team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience of administration, preferably in a HR environment and ideally in a professional services/corporate environment. You’ll need strong organisation and IT skills and ideally previous experience of a HR system. You’ll also need to be organised and a quick learner.
