The Successful candidate will be responsible, for washing, and storing all plate-ware, glassware, and utensils. The candidate must be able to work independently, maintaining the cleanliness of their workspace.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for helping the cooks in portioning food items in preparation of revenue periods.
