Kelowna Chrysler Dodge Ltd. has an amazing career opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager**

The role of Sales Manager:

• Customer-focused professional.
• Highly motivated and responsible for leading the sales department.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling department activities.
• Meet sales targets and objectives.
• Provide training, mentorship, and development to the sales team.
• reinforce policies and operating procedures.
• Work closely with all departments within the dealership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, achieve target objectives of the sales department.

• Ability to assist in the planning and execution of sales events
• Minimum of 2 years new or used Sales Management
• Hold a current BC VSA license.
• Hold a valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram products an asset, but not required
• Experience with PBS an asset

**This is a full-time position that may require working extended hours, including weekends, to meet deadlines based on the needs of the business. Hours, wages, and a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $100,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
