This position will have responsibility for the following:

• Delivering an effective recruitment and on-boarding program ensuring all new employees have a ‘great welcome’ to Kelly+Partners.
• Building and identifying our talent cohorts
• First point of contact for all related people matters and ER related matters.
• Maintaining employee records / documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible
• Running projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners
• Review and create policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role within a fast growing company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.
• Successful track record of recruitment experience
• A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.
• Creative thinker who brings a continuous improvement approach to recruitment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Qualifications in Business or Human Resources preferred
