KellyDeli Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fixed Term Contract Job at London, England Full Time

THE GOAL

The aim of this role is to promote careers at KellyDeli by attracting and finding the best talent to join us, supporting recruitment across multiple functional areas and multiple countries.

This is a 3-6month fixed term contract opportunity to support increased volume of recruitment activity for new roles at KellyDeli.

WHO YOU WORK WITH

Reporting to: Head of HR

Direct reports: None

Internally: You will work with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring managers across multiple countries to find new Kellydelians for their teams. You will work with the people and culture team and have the chance to get involved in cross country projects.

Externally: You will work with candidates, providers of recruitment systems/platforms and on occasion recruitment agencies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with hiring managers across multiple countries supporting them to find the very best talent for KellyDeli

• Provide exceptional levels of service to hiring managers

• Deliver an amazing experience for future kellydelians

• Responsible for the recruitment of a range of roles across all functional areas

• Managing volumes of between 15-25 vacancies at a time in line with your time to hire metrics

• Managing the full recruitment process from briefing to close

• Responsible for delivering recruitment metrics and sharing monthly progress reports

• Responsible for ensuring our Bushido (induction process) is in place for all of our new starters

• This role provides lots of opportunities for growth, you can get involved in a wide variety of people and culture projects supporting the business

• Continuously optimise our employer branding, attraction methods and recruitment processes.
