Position Information : u00A0

• Tracking of heater shipments
• Facilitates delivery appointments
• Order pallets for distribution centers and review billings
• Data entry duties
• Assist with Customer Service Calls to include :
• Contact with customers troubleshoot product issues and resolving customer complaints
• Educating customers on company products
• Assist customers questions on product warranties
• Entry of customer call notes in CRM system
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience : u00A0

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous experience in transportation logistics preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian geography preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word and AS400 preferred
