Our client is looking to hire an Processing operator to join the Warehouse team in Stouffville, Ontario. This is a Night Shift that starts on May 15

As a processing operator you will be manufacturing products by operating various equipment in accordance with the Master Batch Record (MBR) and in compliance with EH&S policies, GMPs and performing troubleshooting and setup in a basic capacity, as required per Department/Site

Location: Hwy 48 & Main St, Stouffville, ONT

Shift Schedule:

• Training Shift: 6am to 2:15pm
• Then will be Night Shift: 10:00pm to 6:15 am

Key Responsibilities

• Independently runs at least one (1) process type and performs all required in process checks (IPCs). Performs ERP data entry and transactions, and verification checks as required
• Completes all GMP documentation (MBR, controlled procedures, labels, logbooks, validation documentation, etc.) in accordance with Data Integrity
• Conducts basic equipment setup: Programming batch information, setup and configuration of equipment including dismantling, cleaning, and assembly of processing equipment/rooms according to controlled procedures
• Ensures the proper care, use and condition of tools, equipment, rooms, and GMP area

Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in manufacturing environment (Preferred in Pharma)
• Minimum completion of High school diploma or equivalent (education check)
• Preferred: Pharmaceutical Diploma or a university degree in a related science field
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMPs, EH&S procedures, including OH&S Act, WHMIS
• General knowledge of Pharmaceutical or comparable GMP industry
• Flexible and willing to work extra time when required.
• Clear criminal background check
