Kelly McGuill Home is seeking a part-time finance manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for bookkeeping and responsibilities such as accounts payable accounts receivable as well as budgets, payroll, and special projects.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

• At least 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience is required.

• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, and Google Workspace.

• Accounting knowledge required, or an associate’s degree in Accounting preferred

• Understanding of State Sales & Use Tax.

• Some office management experience is preferred.

• High attention to detail.

• Trustworthy.

• Produce work with a high level of accuracy.

• Professionalism and organization skills.

Requirements & Responsibilities include:

• 15-20 hours per week.

• Manage invoicing through Quickbooks.

• Develop processes and identify where we can improve and be more efficient in leveraging technology.

• Paying expenditures.

• Recording income and deposits.

• Balancing accounts.

• Reconciling bank & credit card statements.

• Managing past-due accounts.

• Preparing financial statements.

• Managing payroll through Paychex Flex

• Assist with managing client projects.

• Maintain service menu pricing for accuracy.

• Determine the profitability of services.

• Maintain budgets.

Additional responsibilities:

• Managing Liability Insurance & Contractor Certificates of Insurance.
