• Remote – working from home

Please Note – Must be flexible with work hours to support West Coast coverage.

What’s a typical day as a Credit & Collections Analyst? You’ll be:

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, fax or regular mail with customers, Sales, and Customer Service.

• Perform collection calls and review daily collection reports to ascertain potential risk associated with delinquent accounts.
• Review accounts in AR to recommend offsets to the business credit managers.
• Research and code all discrepancies (returns, pricing, shortages, short pays)
• Process and apply credit card charges
• Collaborate with other departments to determine root cause of process errors
• Ensure all AR adjustments and write offs have proper authorization and are processed timely.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries and reconciles customer account issues
• Ensure SOX compliance for credit line adjustment requests.
• Issue customer credit refunds through Arrowhead.
• Maintaining customer notes, reconciliations for offsets or manual adjustments in the system of record.
• Assist special projects, i.e. new account setup, assigned by management team as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualifications/skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, and/or Collections experience is preferred
• Strong Excel skills is a must, including the ability to do pivot tables and V-lookups.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with both internal and external management.
• Knowledge of SOX guidelines and procedures.

• Flexible and able to adapt with change
• Organized and works well under pressure
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
