Kelly Engineering Hiring for Aircraft Structural Assembler at Mississauga, ON Full Time

The hiring Manager prefers candidates that have worked as an Aircraft Structural Assembler, the role is working on Electrolyzers for the green energy industry.

Urgent need for Mechanical Assembly Technicians preference with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology with at least one year experience preferably in aerospace, automotovie, pipefitting or plumbing or similar background.

the need is for 2nd shift – they willl be training on 1st shift 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday (21/hr+4% vacation); 2nd shift is the regular shift 2 pm to 11:30 pm ( Monday to Friday) (22/hr+4% vacation) lots of OT available – over 44 hrs in a week.

They are looking to hire ASAP, background checks will be processed prior to start.

Perform Mechanical Assembly of equipment according to established written work instructions and schematics

• Read and interpret assembly drawings

• Visually Inspect, Clean and rack incoming parts

• Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical assembly

• Follow set instructions and record information

• Perform pneumatic pressure test

• Perform quality checks using tools and gauges and complete checklists

• Adhere to Continuous Improvement manufacturing principles

• Work in a safe environment by keeping self and work station clean and free from hazards

Contract length: 12 months
