We want someone who can run our internet department. Manage all leads and sales team communication with leads. Willing to allow a 8:20am – 8pm M-F with weekends off if able to show 90 days of proven results. We need all sales people setting 5 appoints a day and we expect 90 + car deals a month out of our internet department. This position will be next in line to be a desk manager upon expansion.

They must have a clear understanding of their why and should have no issue getting involved on TO’s if needed on a busy day while they wait in rotation for their turn. Pay: $75,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
