We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative. This position plays an integral part in the company’s daily operations. The CSR acts as a liaison between the customer and sales force and helps to develop and maintain a strong customer relationship. Responsibilities should be completed with minimal supervision. The hours are from 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday – Friday.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat on a daily basis
• Resolving customer questions, troubleshooting website issues, and taking orders
• Performing product research
• Informing and updating customers with order status and proof of delivery
• Processing merchandise returns
• Recognizing potential or actual customer issues and responding quickly
• Analyzing and executing daily product and sales s
• Mastering the backend ordering system and company sales system
• Supporting the sales, purchasing, and accounting departments as requested
• Working and communicating effectively with sales, warehouse, accounting, and purchasing staff

Position Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great interpersonal skills, with ability to relate and communicate with all levels
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptive
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions
• Dependable, reliable, and personable
• Acts in an ethical and truthful manner, leading by example and earning the respect and trust of co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to take initiative and work without close supervision
