A unique part-time National Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator opportunity has become available for a rapidly growing Global Insurance business, with distinctive corporate values.

The role will be extremely varied and over time is likely to evolve into a more senior Talent Acquisition role, due to business planned growth.

• Part-time – 4 days per week (flexible days)
• 50% work from home
• $80,000 – $90,000 + super (pro-rata)

Main responsibilities will include:

• Write engaging job advertisements to attract the best national talent
• Phone screen applicants to assess their skill set related to the needs of the job openings
• Deliver a seamless and enjoyable candidate experience, building and nurturing candidate relationships and responding to recruitment queries in a timely manner
• Work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, engaging with recruitment agencies as and when required
• Reporting & Tracking – Regularly track and report on recruitment activities and metrics
• Complete candidate reference checks
• Proactively identify areas for development, building National talent pools thinking “outside of the box” to attract top talent

To be successful you will require the below experience:

You may be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator or a HR professional with a desire to do something new and innovative. Alternatively, you may have worked in a more junior position and are keen to expand your skill set, step out of your comfort zone and take on a new challenge.
