Keefe Group Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Chat Agent at St. Louis, MO Full Time

About This Position:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide inbound customer service chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Answer customer questions, track shipments and troubleshoot technical issues on various web sites
• Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer chat
• Ability to handle customer calls during high call volume time – directed by management
• Consistently meet establish performance metrics and quality standards
• Complete other duties assigned by management

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
• Ability to attend two-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday
• Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and upbeat telephone voice
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area
• Ability to pass credit check
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check as well as drug screening as required by the client
