Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in building Keeco’s digital marketing capabilities across our three core categories of Window, Fashion Bedding, and Utility Bedding in the eCommerce Omni and Pure-Play space. This role will into the Digital Marketing Director with a focus on digital content management and creation, and Bazaarvoice management including ratings and reviews campaigns. This role has the opportunity to expand its scope to include social media management and .com retailer campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Syndigo Item Maintenance and Content Creation

• Process requests from cross-functional teams to implement existing item maintenance and update needs
• Conduct content audits for top priority collections to identify content gaps. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class content is created and implemented for each collection
• Lead enhanced content creation for existing items

Bazaarvoice Management

• Coordinate with product teams to execute product sampling programs for existing items
• Conduct assortment audits regularly to ensure items are properly grouped for review syndication
• Coordinate with customer service team to ensure questions and reviews are getting timely responses
• Deliver monthly ing on status of new review programs, commonly seen consumer concerns or complaints, and general insights to be shared with the product development organization.

Additional Job Scope Opportunities

• Work with eCommerce sales teams to implement, track, and out on digital marketing programs
• Work with Digital Marketing Director to manage social media campaigns including social post reviews and approvals, and influencer campaign management
• Perform other related tasks as required
• Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practice

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• 2 Years of experience handling elements of content and omni digital marketing campaigns preferred
• Experience working with Syndigo and Bazaarevoice preferred
• Proficiency in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest preferred
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with an interest in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, detail oriented, and organized
• Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Excel
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
