HR and Volunteering Administrator – 37.50 hours per week
Starting salary of £20,822
There is room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £21,876 on a competency-based framework.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Volunteering Administrator to join our fantastic team at Keech Hospice Care.
Working across both the HR and Volunteering departments, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for all day to day enquiries. You will be responsible for the administration of the transactional HR activities including processing starters, leavers, generating offer letters, and the administration of staff sickness absence, while maintaining systems and databases and ensuring the smooth and effective running of the HR function.
This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills. We are seeking a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an approachable and confident manner when dealing with people at all levels.
