KDK Group, LLC Hiring for Commercial Construction Accounting / Office Manager Job at Austin, TX Full Time

A reputable Austin based General Contractor is looking for a candidate for an Office Manager/Accounting/Project Management position to perform daily administrative and project management/accounting tasks that will support our office and jobsite functions. Accounting responsibilities include assisting with AR and AP, data entry into our internal database, tracking budgets, review of billings/payments, etc. Project management responsibilities include tracking COI’s, maintaining RFI/Submittal logs, scheduling couriers, etc. Experience in commercial construction bookkeeping and management procedures is required. Ultimately, you will help our operations run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Review/track AR/AP invoicing
• Track and manage progress & final lien releases
• Employee Expense Reports
• Track and maintain subcontractor billings
• Track and log COI’s
• Data entry into Microsoft Project for Construction Schedules
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Office management duties such as supply order, scanning, filing, copying as needed

Skills

• Work experience in accounting construction industry
• Knowledge of basic construction bookkeeping procedures
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Microsoft Project and accounting software.
• Organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Associates preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
