Job Summary

We are seeking long-term, year-round part-time teachers for PSAT/NMSQT, ® SAT® and ACT® test preparation our Frisco and Plano centers. The material covered by these exams includes high school and undergraduate level reading comprehension, grammar, and essay writing. Curriculum and paid training is provided. You would be teaching small groups of motivated students. Our teachers work year round. Most teach about 20-35 hour per week in the summer and about 4-6 hours per week during the school year (committing to most Saturdays or most Sundays) dependent on demand.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our teachers use our proven curriculum to teach reading, grammar, and essay writing as they are tested on college admissions exams to small groups of motivated students. You are responsible for prepping the material provided, presenting effectively to our students and adhering to your assigned schedule , which is based on your stated availability but must include most Saturdays or most Sundays during the school year and day, evening, or Saturday availability in the summer.

Qualifications and Skills

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree (field does not matter), some teaching/coaching/mentoring/tutoring experience, and be able to perform at the highest levels on the tests that we teach.
