THIS ROLE IS AN ENTRY LEVEL LEAD ROLE IN OUR COMPANY.

We are looking for an outgoing, self-driven, team collaborative individual who will aid with the development and growth of our business. With our current growth expanding across the country we want to hire someone to assist the business development department.

This role will get 8-12 weeks to prepare them to become experts in this role. A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting in sourcing, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates. They’re in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for our Kansas City Territory. This includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand.

Talent acquisition refers to the process of identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet our organizational needs. The talent acquisition role is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring – and increasingly also onboarding – candidates to fill open positions within a company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in either leadership, HR, Recruiting, or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
