Job Title(s): Child Development Director
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Gladstone, NJ
Summary of Position:
We are a play based child development program which is focused on enriching the day to day lives of children from 6 weeks-5 years. The Childcare Development Director within our program will be responsible for caregiving, developmental observations, implementation of age appropriate/individually suited curriculum and facilitating a nurturing and supportive relationship with our community of parents.
Loving kids and a strong team mentality is a must for this position! This position will work directly for the Chief Operating Officer and will include training with The Curriculum Director. This role will work alongside the General Manager and include shared responsibilities between the two positions. There is some flexibility in the schedule but primarily we are looking for the candidate to work from 8-4pm or 9-5pm, M-F. The ability to be organized and manage people and teams is a key to success in this role.*
