Selected candidates will be invited to complete a blended online test where we will be able to get to know you better – we’ll take a look at cognitive ability, personality and situational judgement.

• Complete a video interview

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a video interview at a time convenient to you. We will provide you with several questions for you to answer and record via an online video interviewing platform. You will have a chance to read the questions prior to recording your answer. Let us see your personality and really get to know the real you!

• Attend an in-person interview

Selected candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview which will include an individual interview with the business. This provides you with an opportunity to share with the team a bit more about yourself and the reason why you want to join KBR as a Graduate.

• Offer to join the Graduate Program
