Government Solutions EMEA is a business unit with revenues in excess of £600m. What are we looking for:
We are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Government Solutions EMEA team. You will be able to work in a fast moving and demanding environment and comfortable with some ambiguity. We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who can offer process and administration support to the EMEA recruitment team, covering multiple locations in the UK and in the Middle East. This position would suit applicants who have had previous experience in a large commercial business with structured HR processes and policies.
This role is based in KBR’s Leatherhead campus with agile and hybrid working.
You will be required to undertake a Security Clearance as the role works with varying government clients and secure information, therefore candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK with a 5-year footprint.
What you could bring to the role:
A good understanding of recruitment best practice, supporting a recruitment team and/or hiring managers with recruitment and candidate management
Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday, to move a candidate through the various stages of the recruitment process, from application to onboarding
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous
Experience of advertising roles, whilst reporting and tracking on the progress of these adverts
Proficiency in candidate filtering and sourcing
Exceptional planning, time management & organisational skills, with experience of coordinating interviews against multiple roles, with multiple stakeholders
Strong diary management for the coordination of interviews
Attention to detail & passionate about delivering an exceptional service to candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners
The ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and to deliver to deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
A good understanding of how social media can be used to attract talent, specifically LinkedIn
Supporting broader Recruitment and Resource Management activity and process improvement across the wider business
Core responsibilities and duties:
Supporting the recruitment team with the management of roles and candidates in our Government Solutions EMEA business unit
Using our ATS (Workday) to create and advertise roles on behalf of hiring managers, and support with the processing and filtering of candidates that apply
Management of candidates through complex recruitment processes
Re-format various documentation i.e., CV’s, Job Descriptions
Coordinating interviews for selected candidates, including diary management of interviewers. Booking rooms and supporting with interviews on the day where needed
Using in house tools and Excel to track vacancies across numerous projects, providing updates and reporting to senior leaders
Using social media (LinkedIn etc) to promote KBR’s brand and attract candidates to our opportunities
Liaise with Managers regarding their resourcing requirements and provide guidance and support
Supporting broader Recruitment and Resource Management activity and process improvement across the wider business
