The Role

The fastest growing division of KBR is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Accountant to join our team of industry professionals. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for implementing accounting and finance policies and procedures involving the maintenance of a precise general ledger, analysis of income statement and balance sheet accounts, and management of financial reporting.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Accounting
• CPA/CA or other advanced Accounting/ business qualification
• Experience in a similar role, working for a large organisation
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, project accounting and/or month end accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, strong analytical skills
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
• Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Security clearance
