We have been briefed to secure a highly experienced Employment & Workplace Relations Lawyer/Associate and Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join this premier team.

You will become an integral part of a successful and driven specialists’ team of lawyers who consistently act for the top end of the market, including multinationals, major ASX-listed clients and large private companies.

This role will involve working across a variety of industry sectors – with an impressive client list across mining, energy & resources, renewables companies, mining services and tier-one construction companies.

Utilising your experience in a range of ER/IR and safety matters, you will engage the firm’s existing client base across a range of workplace-related matters, including:

• Employment contracts, awards and policies
• Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights
• Recruitment issues, performance and conduct issues, and terminations
• OH&S matters
• Industrial action and disputes
• Related litigation and dispute resolution

Our client is interested in meeting with lawyers from 2-10+ years’ PAE from a top/mid-tier or leading boutique firm. You will be confident managing your own files with experience working on a variety of ER/IR matters.
