• As the technical member of the Digital WebOps Team, the Digital WebOps Analyst will provide technical administration and operational support for the Digital platforms (i.e., Sitecore CMS, Azure PaaS, Microsoft TFS).

• The Digital WebOps Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, installing, monitoring, and maintaining technology in a mission critical environment.

• The Digital WebOps Analyst is also responsible for providing customer service to all Digital IT Team members and Digital Marketing users.

• Work will be delivered leveraging the Kanban framework.

• The Digital WebOps Analyst will work with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.

The Digital WebOps Analyst will understand the in-house developed applications that leverage these platforms and communicate requirements to offshore

• Experience building software with design patterns like MVC in a .NET environment.

• 3+ years in Agile software development experience.

• Experience in response and adaptive design principles, high-performing and scalable web applications.

• Experience and familiarity with integrating large-scale commerce platforms with content management systems.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
