Schedule: Shift – Monday to Friday

Duties:
– Provide an exceptional customer service experience
– Respond to customer inquiries – In person, by email and by phone
– Verify pricing and availability of products
– Provide and inform customers of pricing and credit terms
– Enter orders into the system
– Prepare and process invoices according to standard procedure
– Collect payments for orders
– Process orders for special materials
– Maintain customer database
– Respond to all inquiries; order status, payment, refunds, etc.
– Communicate any business development opportunities to sales staff
Requirements:
