KAYAK Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at London, England Full Time

This is a temporary role projected to last about 6 months.

Recruiting Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone and video interviews, meetings, lunches, events, etc. across multiple locations globally

• Manage the interview process via Greenhouse, maintaining accurate records

• Greet candidates, provide hospitality, and ensure the interview experience is extraordinary

• Generate offer letters and initiate hiring

• Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members; providing quick and thoughtful solutions

• Arrange candidates’ travel as needed

HR Responsibilities

• Engage new hires and serve as a resource for new hires and their managers

• Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR transactions in our systems and handle reports/ data requests

• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator

• Process driven

• Highly skilled with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse; and familiarity with Excel

• Working experience using an HRIS

• Responsiveness and exceptional attention to detail; organizational skills with a focus on quality

• Ability to juggle and effectively prioritise multiple tasks – knowing when to call out issues

• Ability to demonstrate patience in sticky situations and to resolve issues with transparency and a can-do attitude

• Deep understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to easily interact with all aspects of our organization
