Job Description

The Junior Property Manager is an important part of our property management team. They work with our property managers and administrative team to provide exceptional service to our residents. The tasks most often performed include:

· Answering enquiries by phone and e-mail from residents, applicants, and suppliers

· Showing of suites to potential tenants

· Data entry

· Providing access to buildings and suites for contractors

· Delivery of paperwork and supplies to buildings

· Inspection of apartment units and buildings

· Photographing of apartments for documentation

· Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Post secondary education is an asset
• Secondary language skills are an asset, particularly south-east Asian languages

• Willingness to take direction from supervisor and manager
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
