Kate’s Korner Hiring for Childcare Director Job at Durham, NC Full Time

Kate’s Korner Learning Center, in partnership with Truth Education Foundation, is excited to announce an amazing opportunity for a Childcare Director at its new location in Durham North Carolina located on the American Tobacco Campus.

This unique position requires leadership that understands the need to build a Just and Equitable learning environment for all children to experience while closing the opportunity gap for those children who are left behind.

The position requires an individual who has excellent communication skills as most of their work will include relationship building with educators, corporate liaisons, community partners, and of course children and families we serve.

Unlike most traditional childcare centers, Kate’s Korner is a lab school, where we put new innovative ideas into practice with the goal of improving the overall experience for educators, children, and families.

This position is salaried and comes with a bonus structure based on the overall performance of the center quarterly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
