Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.

Run United Sales Associate will help customers choose the best shoes and accessories based on the needs of the customer. Sales associates will provide top-notch service by providing customers with customized fittings, gait analysis, and expert knowledge of the specialty shoe industry to accommodate the customers needs.

Salary Range: $17 per hour

Shift Schedule:

PT: 20 -28 hours/week: Schedule will vary based on needs of the store. Weekends required.

FT: 30-40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective relationships to build Run United brand loyalty and trust within the community
• Sales Associates at Run United, understand and adapt in the market in which we operate and supports excellent customer and community relationships
• Upholds Run United expectations for quality store experiences for the internal and external customer
• Work together as a team in all that we do
• Holds self-accountable to all Run United standards of performance
• Supports efforts to reduce in store shrink activity through honest behaviors
• Taking utmost care of the product with careful handling, ensuring tags are placed on the product/product packaging and organizing
• Adhere to all company policy, procedures, and guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Communicates effectively
• Must have reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. or more
• Ability to stand long periods and climb ladders
