Our Operation’s Team is creating amazing employee experiences through programs, processes, and systems, and you will be playing a critical role at Katch where you’ll be actively involved throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will be involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, ranging from communicating with candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and assisting with team projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and a team player. What You Will Do

Support Operations Team with sourcing, scheduling of interviews, preliminary interviews and managing communications with candidates.

Assist recruitment with creating job descriptions, posting requisitions.

Deliver a high quality candidate experience to every candidate.

Partner with the Operations Team on process improvements.

Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the Applicant Tracking System(Greenhouse).

Assisting with new hire orientation and on-boarding new employees including processing new hire paperwork.

Contribute to ongoing or ad-hoc projects as determined by the needs of the company.
