This is an opportunity for a software technical support (helpdesk) to support our customers. You’ll be involved with assisting customers that require changes in their current set-up, using our dedicated software, which you will receive full training on.

If you just really love technical things and helping people but would get bored if you had to look after the exact same environment every day, then this role is for you.

In addition to building further skills into the electronic security industry; access control, CCTV, alarms, and automation, you will be part of a team that all talk the same language, as we sell one system only, Kastle!

Salary: $55,927.98 – $78,410.77 per year
