Sales Representative

The remote position within the Kasota Stone Fabricators Sales department will be a vital part of breaking into new markets. We are looking for someone to develop new clients in our Architectural and Landscape product markets primarily in the Dallas & Austin TX, Atlanta GA, and the Chicago IL regions. Someone that will help achieve our new client and growth goals and willing to become as passionate as we are about the advancement of natural stone!

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid presentations to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with s on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in dimensional stone, landscape products, or selling to the architectural market.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the monument stone market
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Architectural drawing knowledge
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
