Job Description

We are looking for a senior QA Analyst to join the #GlueCrew! In this role you’ll spend most of your time creating test plans and test cases, and executing manual tests. You’ll also have the opportunity to do some automated testing.

Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Participate in technical design and discussion to ensure a testable design

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Required Skills

4+ years of experience working in a development environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals including creating test plans, writing test cases and best practices – you get a kick out of uncovering those hard-to-find bugs quickly and efficiently

Experience working in a face paced continuous delivery environment

Experience testing APIs

Experience with automated functional testing of web applications is a plus

A keen eye for design and consistency

Experience with SQL and nonSQL databases

Excitement and passion for tech (a love of Documentation a plus). We’re cool; we hope you are too.
