Kasco Marine, Inc is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator at our home office in Prescott, WI.

Position Overview: Kasco is seeking an experienced performance marketer to join our highly effective marketing team. This position is located onsite in Prescott, WI with hybrid work possibilities. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of digital best practices and be a motivated self-starter who can grow within our ever-evolving organization. The position of Digital Marketing Coordinator will to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for coordinating and supporting multi-channel digital marketing programs. This role works with members of the marketing team, other internal departments, and outside contractors to research, plan, and execute new and existing digital campaigns, email campaigns, ing, data analysis, and more. The key to success in this role will be a curiosity and eagerness to learn the industry, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as an ambassador to ensure consistent branding and messaging both internally and externally through content implementation.
• Manage digital marketing and SEO platforms.
• Support eCommerce strategy development and execution across channels.
• Coordinate directly and communicate effectively with multiple departments to research, plan, and execute digital strategy across campaigns/platforms and on results.
• Work with internal and external support teams (media developer, content writer, contractors, etc.) to submit work requests and manage project timelines and execution.
• Develop and support email nurture campaigns and on performance.
• Create and manage website and campaign performance including tracking, optimization, ing, and data analysis.
• Manage association and membership details.
• Other duties as assigned.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

• Support in planning and execution of content development, such as emails, blog posts, press releases, social media planning, etc.
• Support in product-related campaign launches.
• Assist in media (photos, video, design assets, etc.) management, file organization, and optimization within the proper channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience or similar role.
• Hands on experience managing social media for business.
• Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO practices
• Proficient understanding of digital platform success metrics and be able to provide ing and analysis.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines; flexibility to pivot quickly and switch between projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
• Strategic and creative professional that is open to feedback, edits, suggestions, and new ideas.
• Team player who enjoys working in a positive and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
• Experience with the following platforms:WordPress

Amazon Seller Central

Physical Requirements: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
