Boutique, early childhood education centre, located in Karratha.

We are looking for passionate educators to join our boutique, service. We are seeking both part-time and casual highly skilled professional educators. You will lead and oversee our educational program and be able to embed the Reggio Emilia theory into the curriculum.

ECT – You must have strong leadership and mentorship qualities, whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. An essential part of this role is to establish positive and meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee daily practices, as well as implement and evaluate high-quality programs for children, while also providing pedagogical support and motivation for the team. With a well-established senior management team, you will be supported in your role to provide an exceeding level of service to the local community.

About you:

· Must hold a Certificate III / Diploma/ Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or working towards.

· Thorough working knowledge of Children’s services regulation, The Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Framework

· Experience providing leadership and guidance

· Passion for Children and positive behaviour management techniques

· Experience in leading a team and building strong team morale

· Foster strong relationships with Children and families

· Demonstrated capacity to lead, coordinate and supervise your team of educators

· Passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues

· Exceptional grooming and high standard of personal/professional presentation

· Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills

· Child protection certificate (CHCPRTOOO1/2) or willing to obtain

· Your own personal teaching philosophy

· Demonstrated understanding of contemporary childcare and early learning practices and issues.

· Effective time management, people management and interpersonal skills.

· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID004)

· A current Working with children checks
