Karma is casting for Customer Service Representatives with valid driver’s licenses to represent Evo Car Share at Victoria Jazz Fest on June 24th and July 1-3 in Victoria, BC.

July 1
8am – 3 p.m. – 1 TL and 1 BA
12:30 – 8:30 – 1 BA (to support during busy times)
2:30 – 9:30 – 1 TL & 1 BA

July 2
11:30 – 5:30 – 1 TL & 1 BA
5:30 – 10:30 – 1 TL & 1 BA

July 3
11:30 – 5:30 – 1 TL & 1 BA
5:30 – 10:30 – 1 TL & 1 BA

Training: 3-hour paid training will be provided.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

CSR Lead (CSR Lead must have a valid driver’s license)

o Pick up vehicle
o Go to storage to get event supplies (tent, signage, SWAG etc.)
o Take event supplies to event location
o Meet with Brand Ambassadors, set up for event
o Provide images of set up prior to event start
o Review expectations and targets for team
o Engage with consumers to achieve goals (awareness, acquisition/sign ups, trial) o Manage team, breaks, etc.
o Return supplies to storage and ensure everything is clean and well organized
o Return vehicle
o Complete reporting

CSR Support

o Assist with unloading vehicle and setting up tent, signage, etc.
o Engage with consumers to achieve goals (awareness, acquisition/sign ups, trial)
o Complete reporting

Pay Rate: $30/hr for CSR Lead and $25.00/hr for CSR Support paid via Interac-E Transfer within 7 business days from invoice submission.
