Karma and Luck is a jewelry and home decor company founded in 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. Our mission is to unite cultures by using iconic charms, symbols, and fashions from ancient cultures. Our unique jewelry pieces incorporate natural healing stones and spiritual themes. We also carry a variety of home decor pieces, statues, blessings, and key chains. Karma and Luck supports the Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada non-profit organization by donating a portion of our profits to help grant the wishes of children battling life-threatening medical conditions.

Role Description

This is a commission driven part-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Karma and Luck’s Los Angeles location. The Salesperson will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining knowledge of products and promotions, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience
• Experience in the retail industry
• Knowledge of jewelry-making or fashion trends is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high traffic volume
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
