We are currently seeking a Customer Success Training Manager to add to our growing team. The position reports to the Director, L&D.

Summary of Job’s Purpose: Kargo Commerce has a tremendously exciting opportunity to join our team as the Customer Success Training Manager. You will lead the re-imagination of internal learning experiences, specifically, our Customer Success teams. You will help scale and uplevel employee development, so they can be the best strategic advisors to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous learning across our organization. You will work to optimize, improve, and, in, most cases completely reimagine our current processes and programs so that we can not only meet, but exceed our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for facilitating, training and creating materials that helps both our new and tenured CS employees provide best-in-class experience for our customers.
Develop entry-level customer success professionals to become professionally certified paid social media marketing campaign managers and client advocates
Upskill and expand the knowledge of tenured CS managers on new strategies, product and product features
Create and maintain the external user platform training program for our clients in close collaboration with the Product, Product Marketing and Onboarding departments.
Re-Design, update and build our University program to bring new non-social experienced people into the organization
Create and maintain scaleable, innovative training content around key domains such as our Platform, digital advertising, paid social and digital marketing
Facilitate and train our teams in a classroom setting (remote-first settings) to ensure the team is equipped with sufficient skills to act as strategic advisors
Establish program objectives, success metrics and milestones. Be expected to measure the training program quality and capture feedback, to ensure continuous improvement, and adjust the material and training to deliver maximum results
Support the identification and design of learning solutions to support our growth
Maintain the back-end learning management system of learning administration to include certification, knowledge assessment, external learning inquires and internal training programs
Utilize, maintain and administer our LMS course authoring tool to create Handbooks for course content, lesson delivery, and certification testing
Develop customized learning paths for team members that incorporate specialized and curated learning content
Track and monitor training effectiveness through reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
3+ years of managing campaigns in either Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat Ad Manager or similar platforms preferred
1+ years of Training, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
Video editing skills a plus
Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources
Demonstrate advanced learning and teaching strategies for high impact
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
Extremely comfortable presenting and teaching live either in person or remote classroom environments
Results-oriented; able to accomplish both project and team goals
A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced,high-growth environment
Experience as a practitioner or trainer in Digital Advertising, Paid Social or Digital Marketing
