Karcher North America, Inc Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Specialist position will be responsible in the build and management of our aftermarket website and execution of aftermarket digital marketing plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Collaborate with Aftermarket Sales and Marketing teams to drive traffic and sales for pressure washer and floor care parts. 2. Develop aftermarket website using Shopify or similar CMS. 3. Optimize product descriptions and product specifications for SEO value on Shopify platform. 4. Take product photos of accessories and parts for use on website and marketing collateral. 5. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization or website to achieve maximum web traffic. 6. Use Google Analytics to conduct performance s and suggest enhancements based on data. 7. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and technical SEO factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. 8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus. 9. Managing HTML in the backend of a site to make it as easy as possible for search engines to find information on the pages SUPERVISION RECEIVED Routine supervision from the Digital Marketing Director. This position has no direct s. QUALIFICATIONS Education  Bachelor’s degree preferred. Page 2 of 2 Experience  Previous experience working in an eCommerce platform like Magneto, Shopify or BigCommerce.  Working knowledge of HTML  Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure completeness and accuracy of website content  Must have the ability to work well with others and develop partnerships within the Marketing team and supporting departments.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.  Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Drive and Calendar) as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Able to create clipping paths and basic image prep in Photoshop.  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Language Skills  Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively. Mathematical Skills  Applies mathematical concepts that include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure; using whole numbers; and working with common fractions, percentages, and decimals. Ability to set up formulas within Microsoft Excel at the intermediary level. WORK ENVIRONMENT  Primarily a typical office environment  PC computer with IT technology.  The noise level is usually moderate.
