We are looking for a Finance Operations Co-Ordinator – 11 Months Fixed Term

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Finance Operations Co-Ordinator within the Finance Team.

Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:

• This is a permanent role.
• Salary is £23,387 per annum.
• Location: Gosforth.
• Hours: 37 Hours per week with flexi time.
• Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave (pro rata) on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, flexi-time scheme, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.

The Finance Co-Ordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate upkeep of the purchase and sales ledgers along with rent accounting and associated bank and balance sheet reconciliations. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business in order to form part of an effective team. Experience of Open Housing and Open Accounts would be beneficial but is not essential.
