Karbon is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator who is passionate about delivering an amazing people experience, starting with the interview process through onboarding and beyond. As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide top-notch internal and external customer service, working closely with the entire organisation to promote and maintain an environment that focuses on collaboration and teamwork, support, and continuous improvement.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring every candidate receives a stellar interviewing experience. You will also assist with day-to-day operations of the People team and will be the first point of contact for general inquiries regarding benefits, time off and leave policies, and more.
