We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in Non-exempt professional recruitment, Sourcing, and internal relationship development. You will be part of a talent acquisition team responsible for hiring top talent to our organization. You have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to market career opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment across North America for Customer service, sales, and management roles, ideally in the automotive/financial sector.

  Strategic. Understand the vision and business objectives as it relates to Talent Acquisition while influencing and executing recruiting strategies to support the talent needs of the company.

You Will:

• Lead the full life cycle recruiting process from start to finish including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool, and offer negotiation for customer service, sales, and management positions at KAR.
• Establish relationships with candidates through social networking, industry relationships, internal and external referrals, career fairs, and other means.
• Understand and anticipate current market trends, compensation packages, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.
• Partner with team members on special projects to build and sustain strategies to continuously deliver a high level of customer service to the organization and meet our goals and objectives.

Who You Will Work With:

• Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will collaborate with Human Resources, Compensation, and Hiring Managers on a daily basis.

Must Have’s:

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a dynamic recruiting role that requires influencing and partnership to accomplish goals.
• Solid Computer skills to include Google Workspace and recruitment software, specifically Workday.
• Track record of developing partnerships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire.
• Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities.
• A demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.

Nice to Have’s:

• Experience in recruiting and hiring customer service and sales positions.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring for branch locations across the United States and Canada.
