Talent Acquisition Consultant

London / UK Remote

Reporting to the Recruiting Team Leader within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise, and working collaboratively with colleagues in HR, you will work directly with Hiring Managers define hiring needs and plan how best needs can be met.

Key Outcomes:

You will need to be adept at utilising all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver high quality hires. The role will require the confidence to advise, challenge and partner with business and HR leaders to determine optimum recruiting solutions for experienced hires across diverse and specialist areas. You will be leading any Entry Level Hiring projects for 2021 and preparing for a 2022 intake.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:

• Build expert knowledge of Kantar’s brands and specialist knowledge of specific areas agreed with the Recruiting Team Leader
• Effective use of the Kantar Recruiting Framework tools, particularly briefing process, to underpin efficient and effective recruiting
• Supporting Kantar UK&I Entry Level hiring using pre-defined assessment and selection methodologies
• Network individually with talent creating a strong reputation internally and externally as a recruiter of high performing talent
• Deliver proactive searches across social media channels for passive candidate to deliver short term hiring needs
• Positively challenge stakeholders to drive excellence in recruiting with inclusion, diversity at its core
• Build effective selection methodologies drawing on expertise from the Recruiting Team Leader and the Global Talent Acquisition CoE
• Appropriate use of psychometric tools and escalation where in doubt
• Engaged and positive candidates
• Proactive in supporting colleagues on to share workload

Role Requirements

• Evidence of successful search and selection in complex markets where engaging with passive is the norm. Experience needs to include using a broad range of social media and networking approaches
• Evidence of recruiting in multiple geographic locations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management
• Expert communicator / networker capable of engaging passive talent over extended periods with the ability to convert to viable candidates
• Creative and innovative in candidate attraction and engagement techniques
• Evidence of robust selection methodology design and execution to deliver quality hires
• Evidence of delivering excellence in the candidate experience and effective onboarding
• Ability to understand complex compensation structures and their financial relevance
• Ideally qualified in psychometric tools
• A natural collaborator and team player
