Talent Acquisition Consultant
London / UK Remote
Reporting to the Recruiting Team Leader within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise, and working collaboratively with colleagues in HR, you will work directly with Hiring Managers define hiring needs and plan how best needs can be met.
Key Outcomes:
You will need to be adept at utilising all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver high quality hires. The role will require the confidence to advise, challenge and partner with business and HR leaders to determine optimum recruiting solutions for experienced hires across diverse and specialist areas. You will be leading any Entry Level Hiring projects for 2021 and preparing for a 2022 intake.
