Job Title : Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary : Responsible for assisting in the management of all digital performance media and influencer campaigns from strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis and ing.

Position Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

• Assist in researching and strategizing overall media plan and identifying areas of opportunity to reach target audiences effectively.
• Create and execute all digital performance media campaigns by coordinating with creative / operations team and MLB.
• Monitor progress of advertising campaigns, adjust media and optimize plans as needed.
• Maintain bi-weekly s on performance.
• Provide recommendations and adjustments for future media plans.
• Manage the digital Campaign Placement Schedule (CPS) by keeping track of all campaign schedules, budget, audience targeting and creative requests.
• Work with creative team to create, then schedule and manage all in-game drop-ins for TV, radio broadcast and marketing inventory for CrownVision.
• Manage the commercial schedule for Bally’s and Royals Radio Network and assist in coordinating broadcast TV and radio schedules.
• Responsible for ensuring all creative assets match the original request and include correct dates, names and follow the creative blueprint guide.
• Assist in managing and executing influencer program, including researching new influencers to work with and strategizing effective, creative campaigns that align with club goals and objectives.
• May require setting up influencer events during select games throughout the season.
• Assist in managing communication with influencers and coordinating influencer contracts.
• Assists manager in creating decks to share media plans and ing with team.

Position Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising or equivalent-related work or educational experience.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising, paid media, or marketing preferred.
• Background in manipulating and interpreting data.
• Agency / media buying experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint / Keynote.
• A thorough understanding of advertising and media planning with a specific understanding of digital channel roles and strategy (paid social, digital display, TV, radio, audio, and OTT / CTV).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, writing and proofreading skills.
• A demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects under strict deadlines.
• Positive, professional, and effective communication when working with others within and outside of the organization.
• Preferred Spanish-speaking and / or background in studying Spanish language.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 15 pounds
• Must be able to work in a seated position for majority of workday
• Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer keyboard and telephone
• Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
• Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
• Must be able to work extended hours and / or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
