Job Expectations:

• Knowledge of job costing
• Complete all responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner

• Excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate to Advance level of knowledge in Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Job Costing
• Prepare and enter weekly payroll allocation from job costing into accounting system
• Mileage and Hauling Dailies
• IFTA Return (Quarterly filing)
• Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (annual filing)
• Entry and Reconciliation of daily, weekly fuel charges
• Maintain Vehicle and Equipment Listing (Daily and/or Weekly)
• Responsible for vehicles being insured
• Handle title work
• Responsible on tagging vehicle/equipment
• Coordinate sell of vehicles/equipment (Bill of Sale, Title, other paperwork)

• Maintain Fixed Asset Schedules – monthly reconciliation to General Ledger
• Ordering/Canceling credit cards
• Capital One accounts
• AMEX accounts
• Voyager fuel cards
• Fuel FOB’s
• CLC Cards
• Maintaining credit card listing

• Weekly Backlog Backup
• Miscellaneous projects, as needed
• Assist with annual audit preparation
• Cross-training with other accounting personnel on their responsibilities in department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
