Kane Partners LLC Hiring for Executive Assistant Full Time

Kane Partners is searching for an Executive Assistant to fully support a dynamic CEO at a company going through rapid expansion.

The ideal candidate must have experience as an executive assistant supporting a company going through rapid growth, and understands the cadence and pacing of how companies sprint during these critical times.

Your value to this CEO is immeasurable, and you will make an immediate impact!

Key Skills:

• Strong writing skills and experience with professional correspondence
• Must have full knowledge of the entire range of Microsoft Office Suite – including Word, Excel and Teams
• Strong organizational skill that reflects ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly and strong interpersonal skills reflecting the ability to build relationships with senior staff, associates, clients and external partners/vendors
• Manage detailed business and personal calendars, meetings and logistics; including proactive meeting preparation and follow-up
• Manage all types of daily correspondence to ensure accurate and timely response and appropriate prioritization
• Execute additional administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
