Kamo Bakery Ltd is Looking For Bakery Assistant at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Responsibilities

• Undergoes training and learns how to bake dough and shapes dough to prepare bread.

• Takes out bread from the oven and ensures proper quality.

• Spreads and counts bread products accurately.

• Packages baked goods in a presentable manner.

• Washes and sanitizes mixers and bowls after use and puts them on the drying racks.

• Cleans the oven after making the bread and after each use.

• Wipes and sanitizes work areas, including tables, sinks, and floor.

• Carries and lifts any bakery items that weigh at least 20 kg.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must maintain a regular early sleep schedule to effectively perform their duties as the bakery operates during early nighttime.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in cake decorating is preferred but not required
– Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
– Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
– Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decoration
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
