The Human Resources Technology Analyst will work as a member of a highly collaborative team, leading in the configuration, testing, implementation and management of HR systems and the utilization of data to create analytics and ing for various business needs.
Our HR Technology Analysts are the go to experts for our cross-functional HR partners (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, HR Service Center, and HR Consulting) and play an integral role in helping HR identify opportunities to leverage technology and provide more efficient support to the organization.
Candidates may be hired as either a HR Technology Analyst or Senior HR Technology Analyst based on skill and experience level.
This is a Hybrid position which provides work from home flexibility on an approval basis.
Job Summary
Through functional service area understanding, systems expertise and a working knowledge of KS’ policies, practices and service delivery model, assists in bridging the needs of functional users with the technical systems capabilities.
Supports development and maintenance of system ing tools and dashboards enterprise-wide. Utilizes technology tools to exceed customer satisfaction expectations and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Performs a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the administration of technology and data analytics functions.
