After multiple rounds of funding the business is looking to further expand its Talent team by bringing on a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is a pivotal position for the company where you will be responsible for screening and hiring exceptional team members that align with the values and culture of the business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source and identify top talent: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to proactively search for qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate assessments: Screen and evaluate applicants based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, utilizing interviews, resume reviews, and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria.
• Manage the recruitment process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and coordinating interviews to extending offers and negotiating employment terms.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience working in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent pipelining.
• Prior working experience in a SaaS/Tech/Start-up/High-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Be a team player yet be a self-starter that can work autonomously as well.

Benefits

• Up to $75 000 base+ Super + Commission + Share Options + Benefits.
